Cashew Cream Drizzle

This recipe celebrates the simple pleasures of fresh fruit in season served with a delightful little nut drizzle to dazzle your taste buds.

This recipe makes enough for 6-10 servings

Ingredients 1 cup raw cashew butter 1/4 cup honey (local honey is best) 1/3 cup lemon juice 1-3 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir until they are well blended.

Serve as a drizzle over crisp fall apples or winter pears.
